Wastehero
Part of WasteOS · built for haulers · one record per job

Every job rides one line, enquiry to invoice.

You win work on service and keep it on margin. WasteOS carries each job down a single conveyor: priced from your tariff, slotted onto a route that fits, confirmed from the cab, and invoiced from the lift record, so what you quoted, what you served, and what you invoiced stay the same number.

Fourteen seconds with one job: five stations, nothing re-keyed between them. Faithful recreation on demonstration data.

The problem

The work is sound. The handoffs are where margin leaks.

A job that lives in five places, the phone, the quote inbox, the whiteboard, the driver’s head, and the month-end pile, gets re-keyed at every handoff. Every re-key is a chance for the invoice to drift from the quote. WasteOS keeps the job on one record the whole way down the line.

Modular, so it fits your operation

WasteHero’s platform is modular: turn on the pieces your operation needs, from enquiry handling to route planning to invoicing, and shape them to how you already work.

Every job carries its own numbers

Each job records what was quoted, what was served, and what was invoiced, so you can see where time and money go, job by job and customer by customer, without a side spreadsheet.

Connected, not disruptive

Open integration standards connect WasteOS to the systems you already run, so jobs, customers, and invoice lines flow between them instead of being retyped.

Down the line

Four stations, up close

The conveyor above is the whole idea. These are the four places it earns its keep in a hauler’s week.

01
Quote to cash

One record from first contact to paid invoice

An enquiry becomes a quote, a quote becomes a job, a job becomes invoice lines, all on the same record. Price it from your own tariff, send it from the same screen, and nothing gets retyped on the way.

Customer portal

Enquiries that arrive complete, not scribbled

Your customers order extra lifts, report issues, and see their own invoices in a portal under your name. Requests land with the address, the container, and the price from your tariff already attached, instead of a note from a phone call.

Routes and dispatch

New work lands on the route where it fits

Static, dynamic, or on demand, routes are planned automatically or by hand, your call. When a job is won, WasteOS suggests the slot where it fits the day; you approve, and the driver gets it in the cab as a stop, not a phone call.

Invoicing

Month-end from the lift log, not from memory

Every confirmed lift writes its own invoice line as the month runs. At month-end you review a draft that already matches the work done, adjust where needed, and send it. No reconstruction from calendars and notes.

Questions we get

The practical stuff

What haulers ask before they move their operation onto WasteOS.

We run six trucks, not sixty. Is this too much system for us? +
No. WasteOS is modular: a small fleet typically starts with jobs, routes, and invoicing, and turns on more only when it earns its place. The conveyor is the same whether one truck feeds it or fifty.
Can you migrate our customer list? +
Yes. We import customers, contracts, container lists, and tariffs from spreadsheets or your previous system, and you review the result before anything goes live. Your history arrives as records on the job line, not as a box of folders.
How steep is the learning curve for drivers? +
The cab app is a list of stops with big buttons: confirm the lift, flag a problem, add a photo. It is built to be learned on the route, not in a classroom, and when something cannot be served the driver flags why instead of filing paper at the yard.
Does it handle month-end invoicing? +
Yes. Invoice lines are drafted from confirmed lifts as the month runs, so month-end is a review of drafts rather than a rebuild from notes. You check, adjust where needed, and send, and every line traces back to the lift it came from.
