Part of WasteOS · white-label · three reporting tiers

The customer portal that reports on itself.

Give your commercial customers a branded self-service portal, then hand them the one thing every buyer now asks for: credible ESG reporting. Three tiers, from essential diversion figures to structured disclosure support, all computed from the collections you already run.

A portal your customers stay for

Self-service on the surface. Reporting underneath.

Everything a commercial customer expects from a modern portal, with sustainability data as the reason they renew.

Self-service

Customers run their own account

Sites, containers, schedules, extra pickups, and swaps, all self-service. Requests land straight in WasteOS with routing and SLA timers already running, so your office stops fielding routine calls.

Billing & contracts

Every invoice and agreement, on the record

Customers see contracts, statements, and payment history per site, and pay online. Prices resolve live from your catalog, so what the portal shows is always what’s true.

ESG reporting

Sustainability data, computed not promised

Every collection becomes a data point: tonnage, diversion, and emissions, rolled up per customer and per site. Your customers get the numbers their own reporting demands, without a spreadsheet exchange.

The differentiator

ESG reporting in three tiers

Start with the diversion figures every customer needs, and grow into deeper, traceable disclosure without changing systems. Every tier is computed from the same operational record.

Tier 1 · Essentials

The diversion figures every customer needs

For customers who need to show they recycle and how much. Clean, monthly proof of tonnage and diversion, ready to hand to a landlord, a board, or a tender.

  • Tonnage collected by fraction
  • Recycling and diversion rate
  • Per-customer and per-site rollups
  • Monthly PDF and CSV export
Monthly · PDF & CSVLocal KPIsStandard support
Tier 3 · Enterprise

Structured disclosure support, every figure traceable to the record

For customers under formal disclosure obligations. Structured reporting where every figure keeps its line back to the collections that produced it, in a white-label portal your customer can share with their own stakeholders.

  • Figures traceable to the operational record
  • White-label ESG portal for your customer
  • Real-time data with a dedicated success manager
  • Custom frameworks and export formats

The same underlying data, disclosed at the depth each customer’s own obligations require. Upgrading a customer is a setting, not a migration.

How the reporting works

From collection to disclosure, automatically

No data entry, no spreadsheet exchange. The report is a by-product of the work you already do.

1

Capture at the point of collection

Every lift records weight, fraction, site, and vehicle. The raw material of an ESG report is created the moment a bin is emptied, not reconstructed later.

2

Compute the figures

Tonnage and diversion roll up automatically; emissions are calculated from distance, load, and fraction using recognised factors. The tier decides how deep the calculation goes.

3

Report at the right depth

Each customer sees their tier’s view: a monthly PDF, a live dashboard, or a structured disclosure, all from the same underlying numbers.

4

Share with confidence

Customers export, publish, or hand the figures to their own auditors, with a traceable line back to the collections that produced them.

By design

What the portal guarantees

No projected savings on this page. These are properties of how the portal is built, and the report a customer would actually get is shown on their own collections in the demo.

The questions buyers ask

ESG reporting, answered plainly

What haulers and their customers want to know before switching the reporting on.

Where does the emissions data come from? +
It’s computed from the collections you already run: distance travelled, load carried, and the fraction handled, combined with recognised emission factors. Nothing is self-reported by the customer, which is exactly why it holds up.
Can a customer move between tiers? +
Yes. The tiers read the same underlying data at different depths, so upgrading a customer from Essentials to Advanced or Enterprise is a setting, not a migration. Historic figures come along.
How does Tier 3 stand up to an audit? +
Tier 3 keeps a traceable line from each disclosed number back to the collections that produced it, so a customer’s auditors can follow the trail from the report to the operational record.
Does the portal carry our brand or yours? +
Yours. The portal and the ESG dashboards are white-labelled to the hauler, so your customers experience it as your service, not a third-party add-on.
How complete is Scope 3? +
Tiers 2 and 3 include downstream processing emissions for the fractions you handle. The Scope 3 boundary is configurable per customer and agreed with them, so what’s in and what’s out is a decision you make together rather than an assumption.

Turn every collection into a report worth renewing for.

Bring a real customer’s service and we’ll show you their portal, and the ESG report it would produce, at each of the three tiers.
