  • Overflowing Containers

    Customers order and pay for extra collections through self-service. The container will be allocated to a route on the customer’s chosen date, and they will be notified throughout.

  • Bulk Waste Removal

    Customers order and pay for bulk waste removal through self-service. The ticket is routed to back office, where they review the waste volume, assign a suitable vehicle, and notify the customer.

  • Container Repairs

    Customers order and pay for container repairs through self-service. The ticket is routed to back office, where they review the problem, assign the appropriately skilled employee to the task, and notify the customer.

  • Container Cleaning

    Customers order and pay for container cleaning through self-service. The container will be added to the next container cleaning route and the customer will be notified throughout.

  • Missorted Waste

    Drivers submit a ticket when they are unable to collect recyclables due to a high level of missorted waste. The container will be assigned to the next suitable general waste collection route.

  • Driver Encounters Empty Container

    When drivers encounter an empty container, the event is automatically documented to ensure the routing engine optimizes the collection frequency for this container.

  • Driver Access Road Blocked

    Drivers submit a ticket when container access is blocked. The container is included in the next suitable route. The customer will receive notification that their container wasn't collected and it has been rescheduled.
