Return Policy

WasteHero Smart Bin Sensor Return Policy

This policy applies only to WasteHero’s in-house hardware offering; smart bin sensors. Please note that third-party hardwares/devices are subject to their original manufacturer’s return policy. Please contact the manufacturer directly.

You have the right to a refund if you are not satisfied, provided you return your product within 14 days. Please note that refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product is received by us within 14 days.

  • The product is in its original packaging and is in mint condition.

  • The cost of shipping for any returned items within the 14 days is met by you.

In the unfortunate event that your sensor product becomes faulty, we would ask that you first contact our support team via email at [email protected] to try to resolve the issue. If the issue isn’t resolved, then you will be entitled to a free replacement if it falls within your warranty period.

We charge €30 for administration and shipping of your replacement or repaired product.
