Part of WasteOS · your systems stay · the data moves

Your ERP, your scales, your maps, one live exchange.

WasteOS does not replace the systems your operation already runs on, it connects to them. REST APIs and webhooks move data as events, when they happen, in both directions, so the ERP, the weighbridge, and the live map agree without anyone re-keying.

A minute on the exchange: five systems, four rails, every event stamped on the ledger. Faithful recreation on demonstration data.

The problem

Nobody buys waste software to replace their ERP.

The systems around your operation are staying: finance lives in the ERP, addresses in the GIS, weights on the weighbridge. What fails is the swivel chair between them: exports, re-keying, and numbers that disagree by the time anyone reads them. Integrations makes WasteOS a good neighbour, not another island.

Built for your IT setup

WasteOS is designed to fit the IT landscape you already run, not to fight it. Keep the systems you trust, and connect them where it pays.

REST API standards

Communication between WasteOS and other systems runs over documented REST standards, so your IT team works with patterns they already know instead of bespoke middleware.

Real-time data transfer

Data moves as events, when they happen. What your ERP, your dispatchers, and your drivers see is current and ready for action, not last night’s export.

Supported platforms

Supported integrations with continuous expansion

WasteHero supports a wide variety of integrations to enhance your operations. Connect effortlessly to your current platforms, and rest assured, we’re always adding more. Have a new system? No problem, we can integrate with that too.

What you get

The plumbing, done properly

Three capabilities that make the exchange something your IT team signs off on, not another project they dread.

01
API and webhooks

Read it, write it, subscribe to it

Everything the exchange moves is available over a documented REST API: read records, write updates, and subscribe to webhooks so your systems hear about events the moment they land, instead of polling for them.

Webhook feed · your endpoint
order.completed · 8841delivered
invoice.issued · 2211delivered
asset.moved · C-4412delivered
02
Access and security

Every system gets a key, not the master

Each connected system authenticates with its own credential, scoped to exactly the data it needs. Revoke one key without touching the rest, and every change made through the API lands on the record: what changed, when, and by which credential.

Credentials · scoped access
erp-connectorinvoices, payments · read and write
telematics-feedpositions, vehicles · write
reporting-keyread-only
03
Monitoring

You can watch every connection breathing

One view lists every connection, its state, and its last event. When a partner system goes down, events queue and deliver in order once it returns, and the pause shows on the ledger as a gap, not a guess.

Connections · live status
ERPconnected · last event 09:41
Telematicsconnected · streaming
Weighbridgeconnected · last ticket 09:38
Paymentsprovider down · 14 events queued

What the exchange guarantees

No projected savings on this page. These are properties of how Integrations works, and what it saves your team will be counted on your own operation in the demo.

Questions we get

The practical stuff

What IT teams and operations ask before they connect their systems to WasteOS.

We already run an ERP. Does WasteHero replace it? +
No. WasteOS runs the waste operation and hands the results to the ERP you keep: invoices, payments, and customer records flow through the exchange, so finance keeps working where they already work.
Who builds the integration? +
For platforms on the supported list, the connection is configured with you during onboarding. For anything else there is a documented REST API and webhooks: your IT team can build against it directly, or we scope the connector together before you commit.
What happens when one of our systems goes down? +
Events for that system queue and deliver in order once it returns. The monitoring view shows the connection as down and the ledger shows the pause as a gap, not a guess: nothing is invented to paper over it.
Whose data is it? +
Yours. What your operation produces in WasteOS stays yours to read back over the same API at any time, and the exchange keeps its record of what changed, when, and from which system, so you can always account for where a number came from.

Your systems are staying. Let’s connect them.

We’ll walk the exchange against your actual system list: what flows, in which direction, and what your team stops re-keying on day one.
