The practical stuff

What teams ask before they put an operation on one platform.

Can we start with one module and adopt the rest gradually? +
Yes. Modules switch on by configuration, and because they all run on the same data model there is no migration between them: what Inventory records is already the record Billing and Routes read. Most operations start where it hurts most and widen from there.
Where does our data live? +
In the EU. WasteOS runs with EU-only data residency, role-based access controls what each person sees and does, and your data stays reachable through documented APIs. It is your record; the platform is where it lives.
What does the audit trail actually record? +
Every change to the record: who changed what, and when. A rate change, a moved stop, a closed ticket, each lands on the timeline, so an audit or a dispute is answered from the record rather than from memory.
How is the AI governed? +
It proposes; people approve. AI in WasteOS drafts route plans, replies, and forecasts against the shared data model, and nothing it drafts takes effect until someone with the right role approves it. An accepted suggestion then lands on the record like any other change: who approved what, and when.
