NewWays AI WasteOS platform · one data model · every module

Run the whole operation on one record.

WasteOS runs routes, live operations, tickets, billing, CRM, and inventory on a single data model. When something happens in the field, every module already knows: no exports, no re-keying, no version five of the spreadsheet.

Watch one event cross the platform: reported once, priced from the contract, invoiced without re-keying. Faithful recreation on demonstration data.

The problem

The same job is entered four times before anyone gets paid.

A routing tool, a spreadsheet, a billing system, and an inbox, each holding its own version of the truth. Every handoff between them is a person re-keying data, and every re-key is a chance for the versions to drift apart.

WasteOS One record entered once, read by every module

One record behind every module

Every customer, contract, container, and case lives on one record. Handle requests, log interactions, and resolve cases without switching systems or losing context.

A workspace for every role

Managers, drivers, office staff, and customers each get a view tuned to their job. Permission-aware views keep everyone aligned without overloading anyone.

Nothing escalates quietly

Drivers, dispatchers, and customer service see what is happening as it happens. Route deviations, missed lifts, and deadline risks surface while there is still time to act.

What you get

The platform work you stop doing by hand

Four capabilities that carry the day-to-day: work routed by your rules, conversations on the record, and the numbers where you need them.

01
Ticket automation

Work flows to the right team without a forward chain

Move repeatable work off email and spreadsheets. Configure assignment rules, communication triggers, and escalations once, then let tickets flow to the right team, at the right time, with the right context attached.

02
Communication

Every conversation lands on the record it belongs to

App, email, customer portal, citizen self-service: every conversation lands in one queue, with the container, route, or invoice it relates to already attached. No more lost threads, no more asking the customer to repeat themselves.

Export & import

The report you need, on the schedule you set

Pick the fields, the format, and the cadence. WasteOS delivers clean Excel, CSV, or BI-ready extracts to your inbox or data warehouse on schedule, and bulk imports come in the same way: mapped once, reused every time.

Reporting & insights

Decisions you can defend to councils and customers

Track volumes, costs, and service levels as they happen. Build the dashboards your team needs and answer the hard questions from collection data, not recollection.

The ecosystem

Six modules, one data model

Each module stands on its own. Together they read and write the same record, so the handoffs between systems stop being anyone’s job.

Routes

Plan against the real estate

Plan collection schemes and optimize routes against the same containers and contracts the rest of the platform serves. The optimizer proposes changes; a planner approves them.

Live operations

The day, as it happens

Dispatch, track, and replay the shift in real time. What the driver logs in the cab is on the record in the office, without a phone call.

Tickets & cases

One queue for everything

Every request, complaint, and task in one queue, routed by your assignment rules, with the container, route, and contract already attached.

Billing

Invoices from the record

Prices come from the contract on the record. Services performed in the field become invoice lines without re-keying.

CRM

Every customer, one place

Every customer, property, contract, and interaction together: the same record every other module reads.

Inventory

Every asset, one register

Every bin, container, and asset in one live register, updated as the field scans, swaps, and services.

Getting there

Adopted module by module, not big-bang

You do not have to switch your whole operation in one weekend. Start where it hurts most; everything you add later plugs into the same record.

1

Import

Bring your registers, contracts, and customer lists in from spreadsheets and the systems you run today. We map them to one record together.

2

Configure

Set your areas, fractions, schemes, and assignment rules. The platform runs on your rules and your terminology, not ours.

3

Run in parallel

Keep your current process while your team works in WasteOS. Compare the record against the ground until you trust it.

4

Extend

Add the next module when you are ready. It reads the record you already built, so there is no second migration.

By design

What the platform guarantees

No projected savings on this page. These are properties of how WasteOS is built, and the outcome numbers that matter will be modelled on your own data in the demo.

0
Of modules reading the same record: change it once, it is changed everywhere
0
Record per customer, container, and contract, from first contact to invoice
0
Re-keying between modules: what the field logs is what billing sees
Questions we get

The practical stuff

What operations teams ask before they move onto the platform.

Do we have to take the whole platform at once? +
No. Each module works on its own, and most operations start with one or two. Because everything shares the same record, the modules you add later plug into the data you already have instead of starting a new migration.
What does it take to migrate from our current systems? +
Less than a rip-and-replace. We import registers, contracts, and customer lists from spreadsheets and exports of your current tools, map them to one record with you, and you run in parallel until you trust what you see. You switch when you are ready, not when a cutover date says so.
Who owns the data in WasteOS? +
You do. Your records, history, and documents belong to your organisation, and you can export them in standard formats at any time, including if you decide to leave.
What does the AI change without asking? +
Nothing. The AI in WasteOS proposes: route changes, ticket assignments, drafted replies. A person on your team approves every change before it lands, and the record shows who changed what, and when.

See one event cross your whole operation.

Bring a real week: a request, a route change, an invoice. We’ll show you how it runs on one record before you change a thing.
