Wastehero
Part of WasteOS · every number computed · never invented

See your operation in real numbers.

Stop building the report by hand every month. Waste Insights turns the records your operation already writes, every lift, weight, and ticket, into numbers you can stand behind: live dashboards, scheduled exports, and a Monday digest that is computed, never pasted.

See your own numbers Where the numbers come from Bring the report you spent last Friday building.
A Monday morning in one card: the digest assembles itself from last week’s records. Faithful recreation on demonstration data.

The problem

Month-end is a hunt for numbers that should already exist.

Tonnage in one system, complaints in another, costs in a third, and a council deadline on Friday. Waste Insights computes the numbers from the records your operation already writes, so reporting stops being a project and starts being a schedule.

Reporting and insights

See your operation in real numbers

Track volumes, costs, and service levels as they happen. Build the dashboards your team needs and turn collection data into decisions you can defend to councils and customers.

Export & import

Scheduled and customized data sheets

Build the report you actually need. Pick the fields, the format, and the cadence. WasteHero delivers clean Excel, CSV, or BI-ready extracts to your inbox or data warehouse on schedule.

Alerts

Stay informed in real time

Route deviations, missed lifts, and SLA breaches surface instantly so issues never escalate quietly. Drivers, dispatchers, and customer service all see what’s happening as it happens.

What you get

Reporting that keeps up with the operation

Three capabilities that move reporting from a monthly scramble to a quiet Monday morning.

01
Dashboards and drill-down

From citywide total to a single lift

Start at the totals and drill down to the district, the route, the address, the lift. Every figure on the dashboard is computed from operational records, so the drill-down never dead-ends in a mystery number.

02
Scheduled reports and exports

The report builds itself, on your calendar

Pick the fields, the format, and the cadence once. Waste Insights delivers clean Excel, CSV, or BI-ready extracts to inboxes and warehouses on schedule, computed fresh from the records each time.

Alerts

Bad news travels fast, on purpose

Route deviations, missed lifts, and SLA breaches surface the moment they land in the record, and the right people are notified as it happens. When AI suggests a fix, it waits for your approval.

Questions we get

The practical stuff

What operations and finance teams ask before they trust the digest.

Where do the numbers come from? +
From the operational records WasteOS already keeps: lifts, weighbridge tickets, service events, and route logs. Nothing is keyed in for the report; every figure is computed from those records and can be traced back to them.
What does “governed” mean here? +
Every metric has one definition, and every number is computed by deterministic code from the records, never invented. AI can narrate a digest or answer a follow-up question, but it reads from those computed numbers, and you can open the lineage behind any figure it uses.
Can we get the data out? +
Yes. Scheduled exports deliver Excel, CSV, or BI-ready extracts to your inbox or data warehouse, with the fields, format, and cadence you choose. Exports use the same metric definitions as the dashboards, so the warehouse and the screen agree.
Who can see what? +
Access is role-based. Dispatchers, finance, and management each see the dashboards and digests their role allows, scoped to their part of the operation, and everyone reads from the same computed records rather than private copies.
